Europcar bad service

Europcar made me to be in debts, what happened is the budget insurance hired a courtesy car for me, then when I went to take the car they just said sign here it's for the car collection then I signed. After a week the car was involved in a car accident so their saying is bridge of contract as I was the only one who was suppose to be driving the car and no one told me about this and their silly terms and conditions so my advice is run very far away from the EUROPCAR their bad
