Do not hire out vehicles from Europcar, they do not refund your deposit. I have been sent from pillar to post regarding my refund which has not been paid. I was told the refund is with Thabiso Masondo who never responds to any phone calls or emails. After numerous emails not even one response from them. Bad Bad Company.
