EUROPCAR ARE A TOTAL ******* - DON'T EVER USE THEM PLEASE!!!

Don't ever use Europcar!! We incurred a traffic fine for R200 and Europcar charged us an Admin Fee of R310 for merely sending us the fine. It is in the terms and conditions of the contract that no1 ever reads to be honest. But it simply boggles my mind that they have the audacity to charge a client R310 for simply advising you that you have a fine. I don't see the difference between sending you your invoice after the car rental and notifying you of a traffic fine, both by email. Is this the way they make additional revenue off their customers?? Would you accept this? My doctors consultation is R320, ***!!!
