EUROPCAR ARE *******

I got a hire car through my insurance while mine was being fixed. I refuelled the car just before it was collected. I then got an invoice for refuelling the car for an amount of R316.17. There was a small (not more than 5cm) damage underneath the left corner of the bumper. You had to bend down to see it. Being an honest person I showed the driver the damage. Next thing I get an invoice for R2600 for the damage. No quotation from a panel beater NOTHING. I suspect that they fixed all the existing damage on the car as I was told that it was sold and they brought me a replacement car. I am not impressed. Honesty clearly DOES NOT PAY with companies like this. All in all a shocking experience, but how do you fight these massive companies? They seem to get away with this sort of thing.
