Europcar abuse their customers trust!!!

I rented and returned a car going onto 3 weeks now with Europcar. The car was returned spotless and as received. Was promised that the massive deposit they needed (R7k) off a 3k rental total amount would be refunded within a few days. Almost 3 weeks later and not a cent refunded. these people sit on your deposit. Do the enouhght times with enough people and makes for great cashflow and investment for Europcar with your money
