Europcar a great disappointment.

When I requested an upgrade from a manual car ( which my insurance company approved) to an automatic car I was told the extra charge I would have to pay would be R 70.00 per day . When the car was delivered I questioned the additional charge of R2100.00 on top of the usual security charge of R 2000.00 and the driver told me that the R 2100.00 was for the upgrade to an automatic car based on the 30 maximum rental days approved by my insurance company calculated in advance. I used the car between the 0303.26-13.03.26 but the total amount of R 2100.00 was deducted from my deposit of R4100.00. When querying this I was told that the amount of R 2100.00 was for the rental charge for the period I had the car . I have requested to be refunded the amount of R 1330.00 (11 days times 70.00 =R 770.00) the difference from the R2100.00 to which I am entitled to. I have however not received any confirmation that I will receive the amount requested to be refunded to me. I am indeed highly disappointed and ned a urgent resolve in this matter/
