Europcar *******

Unfortunately zero stars wasn't an option. I rented a vehicle from the George Airport Branch of Europcar and everything was wonderful until I returned the vehicle. I forgot my prescription sunglasses on the front seat once i got into the airport i realized this and ran back to the Europcar parking area. Not even 10 minutes and my glasses were ******. Since they are prescription they are totally useless to anyone else.... After arriving back home i contacted Wings, the travel agent used to book the vehicle and this started a process of contacting various Europcar staff to look in lost and found and on cameras etc. It was found that apparently the parking area has no cameras, as if that's believable. Then i get a bill for four times the quoted amount. Lots of extra charges for waivers i never agreed to and extra KM which should be included. Europcar are ******* and cons. That is all there is to it. Book with them at your own peril.
