We will be billed for the full 42 days rental use.

Please see breakdown below from Europcar regarding the refundable deposit:

The client paid dep R1711.00 Europcar will deduct Windscreen and tyre waiver: R1260.00 (opted in by client when vehicle was collected) Document Admin Fee: R50.00 (standard fee payable) Damage - Right front hubcap scratch damage: R212.75 Therefore, as per above calculation client will only get R188.25 back.
