EUROP CAR REFUND ISSUES

disgusting service, no response to emails regarding deposit that was paid. Paid 2500 as requested -had car hire through insurance Bidvest Warranty for a week. had to extend for further 12 days as my car was not ready. They deducted the daily rate off my card details for the 12 days @ 295.p day. When i returned car and enquired about my refund was only given R718.00 charged for admin fees and vat on the daily rate. contacted Bidvest who put me in touch with them, they already billed Insurance company for admin fees so they double deduct fees. Customer service and accounts are waste of time and effort. No response to any of my emails beware when dealing with them. No customer service as they rob people blindly
