Euro car rental worst possible service

I am euro car club member. rented car for four days. dropped it back on 30th September 2022 , received invoice on 24th September 2022, everything was ok . didn't received my deposit back cotacted them and emailed them but still only stories. very bad experience. *****ed behavior from staff. was promised on 6th of October that they will call back still nothing .fed-up with their nonsense, and *****ed behavior and stories
