Eoropcar O.R. Tambo very bad and unprofessional

Picking up the vehicle was a very bad experience. Staff very unprofessional. When I received the vehicle nobody checked or inspected the car within my presence. I had to figure out everything by myself. looks like staff is not interested and are there just to do the minimum and collect a salary every month. Most disgusting service I have ever experienced. When I returned the car, I got the same bad service and then I lost myself. I had to scream and I had to be rude with good reason. Then only a very kind lady (Clio Msibi) assisted me to complete the handing back of the vehicle, Thank you Clio! This type of service is totally unacceptable. I will not make use of eoropcar again. I will also write a review on hellopeter to advice other consumers to rather avoid Eoropcar at O.R. Tambo international. Seems like Eoropcar is not interrested in customer satisfaction at all. As I sit here at my desk I still can't believe that I as the consumer had to experience such a unprofessional service and disappointment. I hope that I will receive the outstanding balance as soon as possible. Other wise I will have to proceed with further steps by following the provided channels and to inform the Ombudsman. EOROPCAR SHOULD BE ASHAMED
