E-tolls being charged on highways that I did not drive on!

I am being charged E-Toll fees for roads that I did not drive on. What's even worst is that these charges were in the middle of the night on a highway very far from the hotel that the rental car was actually parked at.

A portion of my deposit is being held back for these E-toll payments and no one seems to be taking it seriously at Europcar. Something ********** is going on because nothing adds up. Please contact me urgently.
