Double Charge

I hired a Silver Polo Vivo from Europcar Braamfontein for 28 days.... I paid for all my Tolls fees. On return Europcar received the vehicle on Friday 18 October 2024 at 11:30 with a full tank of fuel and was cleaned. The vehicle was only booked in at 13:30 on the system. Europcar charged me to refuel the tank "petrol". They Also charged me for Toll gate which was paid for in cash.
