Don't rent a car with Eurocar and not buy insurance with "African Recovery Solutions"

Don't rent a car with Eurocar and if you do, don't buy insurance with them, because they use useless "African Recovery Solutions." You will never get paid!!!

The persons involved in my friend's case are "Maryke Minnie" from "African Recovery Solutions" and "Noelene Chiba" and "Boniwe Zwelibanzi" from Eurocar.

My friends came to visit me in South Africa in 2017. They rent a car from Eurocar and was hit by another car. They bought insurance with Eurocar. The insurance company is "African Recovery Solutions." So, Eurocar told my friends to pay them first for the damage and contact the useless insurance company to pay them back. But...it has been more than a year the lady named "Maryke Minnie" from the insurance company has been delaying dealing with this case by either not responding to my friend's email or dodging their questions. Also, Eurocar has been sitting aside not helping at all.
