Don't rent a car from Europcar they won't refund your deposit

I rented a car via the ucount travel when I extended my rental I called Europcar which advised me to use the ucount travel to extend the rental, which I did and paid for the extension. After returning the car Europcar still deducted the money for the extension which I already paid for. I enquired on both companies I was told Europcar still has to do investigation before they refund me.

It's been almost a month now still waiting for my refund.
