Don't Hire Vehicles from Europcar!!

I borrowed one of the cars from them last month, when I collected the vehicle the lady behind the counter took me to the vehicle to inspect before she will handover the keys to me. When we got to the car she toe that I must inspect the vehicle and if I'm happy then I can just sign the paper and go. Well, I walked around the car and checked for any dents and scratches but didn't find anything. After about a week I returned the vehicle. Then when I handed the key back a male employee from Europcar came out to inspect the vehicle. He actually went on all fours and crawled around the front bumper and noticed a scratch. I was obviously very surprised because I never checked that low when I inspected it. Now I have to loose my deposit and have to pay a extra R600 to pay for damages!!! I told the man that we never inspected that low when I collected the vehicle.
