Do the right thing

M not happy their service is poor in Dbn branch they don't do their job properly, they give me a car keys to talk a car I found faulty in the car the office was closed I tried to call emergency service but I didn't get them, they charge me but m still waiting for them to unblocked my deposit now its 2 weeks.
