Do not use Europcar they charge ridiculously for unwarranted scratches

Like the many complaints on here, I am being billed for scratches where there is no proof that I caused them. The scratches are under the front bumper and it cannot be proven that they were there or not before the car was driven to my house. Whats worse is that they qoute R3337 for that, adding things like claim admin fee and assessment fee! What a way to rip us off. I will not pay this and am prepared to take this to court. Will advise my insurance to get a different service provider for me because I will NOT accept Europcar again.
