Do not use Europcar

They are extremely **** with communication and service. My car was ****** and unfortunately had to use Europecar. They gave us another polo to use and after 10 days they call me on the afternoon at 2pm to tell me they will be collecting the car as VW was pulling all their polos from Europcar (sounded like bs to me). They gave us a Toyota Starlet of which was all clear on inspection, after the 20 days we returned the vehicle and received the all clear from inspection and even gave us the slip to show it was all in order. After a few days we get a email to say upon further inspection the rim is severely damaged and there's slits in the tyre's of which would have been very noticeable when the inspector did the walk about after delivery. The people Ashley Devar and Kuvendran Naidoo cannot explain to me how this occurred and insinuate that it was me and withheld our R2000 deposit to date. DO NOT USE EUROPCAR, ASS SERVICE!
