Dishonesty

My insurance took out courtesy car for me in December, I returned the car only to be told I have to pay R5500 for a very small debt that I did not know of. They later added admin fees which I didn’t agree to and to date I’m still waiting on a contract where I signed agreeing to this. Europcar is a **** of a company. Let’s say I did dent the car, it would not even cost that much. I also requested an inspection for the person who brought the vehicle in before me. They won’t even respond to your emails.
