Dishonest Quotes

The staff at the branches are very friendly and helpful and the cars rented were in good condition. However, the call center was completely dishonest regarding the cost of the vehicle. We were initially quoted an amount of R14 000 for rental of a van for six days which included the deposit, various waivers, and additional driver. However on pickup of the vehicle we had to pay an astonishing R25 000. Additionally, we were then told that the cost was only R8 000 (agreeing with the initial quote_ but the deposit was higher. When returning the vehicle the amount we told we were to be receiving was only R9 100. Beware of this company as they are dishonest and not forthright with their quotes. Had they been upfront regarding the actual cost we would have never used their services.
