Dishonest company

They teach their employees to jump stop sign drunk and hit other people's cars with company car and lie about their employee telling them about the incident and then they never call you to handle damages their employee 😒 made to one's car and never respond to you efforts about follow ups regarding your claim against them. I made claims and filled in required documents and send proofs requested but till today nothing has happened. Even asked the person who was given the report asking how far is the case but no response. I now know europcar is a company that never takes responsibility for their employees actions and they do whatever it takes to not pay since their car was fixed. They just don't care and they are not an honest company at all.
