Disgusting… a **** to keep my deposit from a so-called reputable company!

I arrived at the CT airport to rent my car which I had reserved and paid for. On arrival I was told that I would have a “special” man do the paper work. He disappeared twice, but eventually it was done. I was also told that I was getting an upgrade which I never asked for. And I paid a R3,400 deposit. Also took out a super waiver for insurance. My car was right in the front which seemed a bit strange. I was also told that I would need to push in the clutch before starting, or the car would not start. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the car. I used the car for a week without incident and returned it a week later. As I drove into the bay, a man with a huge grin on his face (Rayonn) said I had a scratch on the car. He said that it was under the left front bumper. Hard to see if u didn’t bend down!!! And I know that I had not driven over anything high to cause such a scratch. Subsequently I have been told that there is more damage and I cannot get my deposit back. And I took out super waiver insurance!!! And I cannot get anyone to speak to me!! DO NOT EVER USE EUROPCAR!!!! THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS DESPICABLE!!!
