Disgiusting in every way!

I have been trying to call your company since this morning, only to be transferred countless times and then they hang up. Firstly the car I was given is NOT the equivalent of the BMW portrayed at booking, secondly, when the aircon is activated it stinks of cigarettes (very fitting for my two kids in the car).
