************** due to COVID-19 positive, now am told i owe when asking for my deposit refund.

I BAFEDILE BLESSING KOTSEDI ID *** took a car rental on th 5/6/2020, i was to return the car on the 5/7/2020, i called KRAMERVILLE branch where I had picked up the car on the 2/7/2020 to let them know that i had tested positive for Covid 19 nd they said they will make arrangements on to fetch the car on the 6/7/2020, on the 6/7/2020 i got another phone call to say they will come and fetch the car on the 10th and that the account will be closed on the 5/7/2020 so that nd they will make further arrangements to collect it. They didn't call at all, they called me on the 14th to say say they want to collect the car but at an extra cost, i then asked if i can drop it off at the mogale city branch, mogale city called me about the car, nd since i didn't have my call back i called kramerville for a quote about an extension, they were offline nd said they will get ask the mogale city to give me a quote but mogale city didn't, i called then back the 15th to ask for a quote and they gave me a quote since i couldn't afford it and my insurance was refusing to extend i took the car to Mogale city branch. I am now being told that i owe them R1900, I am therefore not liable for that account as i had called on the 2/7/2020 about my covid results. So i will be needing my refund of r1470.00 as am not responsible for the delay of the car going back to Europ car.
