The operator also mentioned that the rear seat carpets were taken out, "because it gets ******"

As a physically disabled person, I continuesly felt intimidated and threatened and would like you to take action on this as a matter of urgency. Photos were taken of some of the visible defects that I picked up.

CONCERN...!!!!!! My greatist concern is, that when I return this vehicle, I will be held responsible for various defects and items that has not been documented. Marthinus.G de Beer. THE REPLY
