Dirty and unsafe vehicle

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was recently involved in an MVA and my insurance company arranged for a hired car for me to use while my car is being assessed and fixed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Europcar was the company used by my insureres. And it was arranged for me to collect the hired vehicle from the Europcar Pretoria, Hatfield branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>As per my insurance policy a Class B vehicle was provided to me, a Renault Sandero Stepway.</p> <p> </p> <p>After driving away on my way home I noted that the car was not properly cleaned inside (see photos attatched) and the vehicle smelled terrible inside. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firthermore and most probably the most important issue for me is that the car you privded me only has a 4 star NCAP safetly rating, which frankly by 2017 vehicle standards is unacceptable. I travel on the R21/N1/N3 hiways in johannesburg daily to and from work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore other vehicles on your website whicha are also class B vehicles have 5 star NCAP safety ratings. I do not believe that this vehicle should be placed in the same class as other class B vehicles which offer a 5 star safety rating. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
