Deposit Not Returned

Man I am absolutely frustrated by this company!!! My insurance used them for car hire services and I had to pay a deposit of R2010. In the process of cwr hire I used 3 of their vehicles because the first one had to go in for a service so I returned it, then the second one hasld a faulty indicator so on the third one the hire ended. The panel beaters called them to collect the vehicle from them on 1 December and they fetched the car days later and then had the nerve to charge me for thosw days when they are the ones who did not collect. Then they returned the car to Meadow-something whereas it was supposed to go to OR Tambo and then they tried to charge me for that petrol. The first 2 vehicles were returned full but they charged me for refueling. They returned R164.85 of the R2010 deposit. Then, through my insurance, I queried this and they said they will fix it. Now they only returned R939.98 with no invoice to show why this amount. I would never recommend this company. Their competitor with the red label returns deposits with no hassles in a matter of days. With this company I have been requesting my deposit since December 8th even though the car was returned 01 December 2023.
