Deposit not returned

I honestly would give them a zero rating if it was possible, as i have been waiting for my deposit to be returned. This company likes to **** consumers. Please do not use Europcar if you value your happiness as they will rip that off you as well.

The service consultants do not even know how to treat clients well, it disgusting.
