Deposit not refunded. No communication.

I hired a vehicle on the 4th of January 2024 and returned it on the 9th of January 2024 at Europcar Maputo airport. It has been over 2 weeks later and I have not received my deposit or received any communication from them with regards to the invoice and deposit. My bank that facilitated the rental has also resorted to enquiring with them as to why my deposit has not been returned and there has been no response.
