Deposit not refunded and Account Re - Debited

Dear Europcar

I am an unhappy customer and this warranst a formal complaint. I hired a Polo car via the website from 13th - 19th April 2017 and collected an upgraded vehicle at Cape Town International Airport. On the 1st night the car was broken into , the little window was damaged only. I reported the matter to the police station and obtained a SAPS case number . I affixed a small plastic to the cover the broken window and drove the car during the course of my hire and returned it on the 19th April 2017. I also earlier notifed the Europcar call centre and affixed the slip with the SAPS ******** case no to the windscree on return . Its been over a week and a half that I been waiting for my deposit, to my surprise today I was debited another R 3399.29. I had took out an insurance, the very small window was only damaged and I have SAPS case number, please explain as to why I was charged over R 6500 . Please return my money and not lets tranish the relationship.

I am expecting someone from Europcar to phone me on Tuesday morning 02 May 2017.

Thank you
