Deposit not paid back in full

I rented a car through my car insurance for 30 days and on return date car was returned but my deposit was not paid back because they allege the car was brought back an hour later than it was fetched. Sent email to their customer service but no response I intend going to their head office to demand my money back failure to resolve this we will meet at small claim court
