Deposit not paid back

I rented a car from Europcar and Inspection is done privately without me seeing what they are noting. I did my own inspection via video before and after the rental and i found that they did not note any scratches on the rims. After rental there were no new scratches. Now i get an email of a dented rim. I already saw some reviews that Europcar does not pay deposits back they always find new scratches guess i am their new victim and they will not pay me back. Do not use Europcar. It is a ****
