Deposit no returned

<p>My wife had an accident and she was given a courtesy car from Europcar Midrand. A deposit of R1500 was needed upon delivery. We were told that the deposit will be refunded after 48 hours once the car is returned. The car has been returned to Europcar 7 days ago however we are now struggling to get the deposit back. Everyone is just giving us the run around. We want that money today!!!</p>
