Deposit issue

My issue with Europcar is being charged an extra day for nothing. I booked the car on the 23rd December - 27th December 2016.
I brought the car back as required on the 27th but the was no one to receive the car to check for scratches and petrol tank. The president apparently declared the 27th a holiday. No one told me the won't be anyone there to receive the car ( Sandero) I brought the car the following day on the 28th at their Braamfontein branch.

Map Directions and Kilos Calculated via google maps, they got my house address

Now mind you the kms spent from their branch back to my house and from house back to the branch that's a total of about 50km,
now I have to incur those cost plus an extra day. Am charged a full day plus back and forth kilometers, all these items are different.

Calculations
27th Branch to my house 25KM (R2.65p/km = R66,25)
28th My house to Branch 25KM (R2.65p/km = R66,25)
Total R132

Extra day R464.00

Their e-toll tag was not paid on that car, because if it was paid up, I would have gotten a free pass on Toll Gates, yet their able to charge me without fail. I paid around R 163x 2 = R326 for Tolls from Johannesburg to Mpumalanga and back. Some people will over look these costs but they do matter
