Deplorable and Unsafe

I booked a Europcar Chauffeur service for OR Tambo International Arrivals two weeks ago. My flight landed at 3:30 and I thought it would be easiest and safest to have a car waiting instead of trying to take a taxi/Uber.

To my surprise, no one was there to fetch me. There was no number to call except the emergency number on the booking, which no one answered. I went to the car hire place and all they could do was call the same number.

I finally made my way home and complained via the website and Twitter. All I received was a Sorry For The Inconvenience. No refund or acknowledgement of a failure to provide a service.
