Delay in R10 000 deposit payback.

Struggling to get my deposit back. It’s been 8 working days since I returned the car. This company failed to contact me knowing there was a fault in returning my deposit because of the bank card that was used . They had 2 cellphone numbers as well as email addresses to contact and still failed to do so. This is extremely unprofessional as no contact was made in the 7 working days to discuss the complications. I now am expected to wait another 7 working days for the cash to be returned .
