Deducted R4762 when my Account was R459

Europcar deducted R4762 from my credit card when I booked a car on line and returned it at Cape Town airport. Upon return they confirmed the amount of the booking to be R569 but deducted R4762 and never fixed the billing or send me statements or invoice of the transaction.<br> <br> Since it was a business trip - I could not claim the expense due to not having the invoice.<br> <br> Still awaiting the reversal of the over charge and invoice - never Europcar again, rather pay more for better service with AVIS.
