Deduct unnecessary fees for fuel
Rented a car. deposit paid back with various deductions. after calling the HO customer care line I was assured to be assisted. \I would be called back.\" 3 calls to HO and still no call back. Last call the agent took my e-mail address so I could mail her proof of fuel and mileage on the vehicle. No mail received off course. This after the panel beater warned me about Europcar and their practices... "
