**************** on Admin fees for fines!
I had received a fine on my hired car. Europcar charges R310 administration fee to redirect the fine to me!! A task that takes just a few minutes should not have such a high cost. When I called, I was informed that is the fee per fine. The admin fee was more than the fine! The fine was R200 and Europcar admin fee was R310, where is the logic.
