Damaged car

I was given a car with scratches at King Shaka International Airport . Much to my surprise when I dropped off the car, I was told that I had to acknowledge the Tyre damage. I was informed that everything is pre-inspected. They don't get anyone to assist with the inspection. I don't know if I will even receive my deposit
