Customer service very poor - dont use them !
I returned a vehicle with a full tank of fuel. I was billed incorrectly. I sent and email (1) . i responded to the survey (2) . and sent another email post the survey to accounts and to date no response. I regret not using Avis or hertz. both competitors gave me excellent service.
