Customer Service Still Exists!

I recently hired a vehicle through Europcar for pick up at PE airport and drop off at another airport and was not aware of the one-way associated fee. I explained this to the call centre customer service agent and within a day received a response from the branch manager in George regarding my query and was granted a favourable outcome. What awesome customer service! Will definitely use them again.
