The worst customer service I've ever received from your employee Nthabiseng from collections/finance department.
I just spoke to her this morning!! You asking questions seeking clarity, 1 she doesn't even give you a chance to speak, 2 she's responding with the most appalling attitude.
I wish I'd get a recording of that conversation, and attach here! Please Europcar/tempest, do better!
