Croocked Dealings

Booked a car via Tempest and was directed to collect at Europcar. The car we reserved was not available and instead of giving another car in the same class, or even offering an upgrade, they instead gave us an entry level car for the same price we booked for a class that’s 2/3 times higher. Such underhanded dealing is unacceptable, it is deceptive and probably ********.

Lastly my wife’s details were completely ******ed and they would not correct them even after stating she is not a Mister. God forbid had anything happened on the road and they state the records show a Mister aid the main driver, not a Missus/Doctor.
