Nasiphi Mariti is a true asset to your organization, and I believe her exceptional service deserves recognition. I want to thank her for her outstanding work and commend her for her dedication to providing excellent customer service. I recently made an online booking with Europcar South Africa at their Braamfontein branch. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues created by my bank’s built-in account security. However, although it was very close to closing time Nasiphi remained completely calm friendly, and willing to help me throughout the frustrating process. She went out of her way to tailor the agreement, including advice on keeping maximal comprehensive insurance, within the guidelines of the company to ease the burden of the contract deposit generated by the system. She assisted me with several attempts to pay the deposit in circumstances that the banker had made very difficult, until after business hours without becoming impatient. When the vehicle was returned, I was delighted to find that she was yet again going the extra mile for her employer by temporarily leaving the air-conditioned comfort of the reception office, substituting for those who normally give and take physical delivery.

She carried out a diligent inspection of the returned vehicle, spotting something even I did not. It was a tiny dent probably caused in a parade by the adjacent door opening. Even then, it was still a pleasure to deal with Europcar.
