Compliment and Complaint against Europcar

I would like just log a complaint and Compliment about Europcar in one review. On Monday afternoon i got stuck with a rental from europcar Fourways at 16:40 when i immediately called Europcar fourways and advised them, they took down my details and told me that they would send out a driver with another car and they would arrive latest 6:30pm. I kept calling them to ensure that this was done when i was told that the drive would call me when on their way. After 17:30 I was not able to get hold of them and the phone just rang. By then i had my husband call another Europcar and apparently they had no record of a call been logged. A gentlemen by the name of Aiden from Europcar Sandton had called me after 18:30 to advise that a call only then was logged by my husband after i had made numerous calls to Europcar Fourways and now waiting almost 2 hour on the road stranded. The gentleman advised that he has log a call for me and advised me of a number to call to follow up on the call and kept calling me to check up on me. i would like to compliment the service from Europcar Sandton and also log compliant against Europcar Fourways who had left me waiting and made no attempt to log the call. Eventually at 8:10pm europcar sandton gentlemen had come after waiting since 16:40 on the road with another car.
