Complete ripoffs

We hired a car through Capetownairportcar rentals, on our arrival we were informed by the staff at Europcar hire the car we had booked was no longer available so they had taken it apon themselves to downgrade us to a cheeper car, we were then told we had to put a R7500.00 holding deposit down, this for a 2 day rental in a ****ty Kia sedan, we had also asked for the additional insurance cover through a third party, this was not recognised apperently, when we finaly got to the car there were some marks on it, i asked 2 Europcar employees who were on the yard at tthe time they ignored me and told me it was not there jobs and proceeded to walk away.

My advise to anybody looking to rent a car in Cape town, dont use Europcar.
