Complaint about bad service at Europcar

I had situation were of by one of the staff at OR Tambo Europcar gave other client my contract to check out from renting a car,that person scratch the car,so Europcar they been on my case to say I'm the one who scratch the ,how ever ID,Driving licence & bank card was not mine cause I want was not there that,I even spoke the manager the by the name of Grave she didn't bother to come back to me,their lawyers still calling me demanding money,they block my password to book a car online ,they cant assist me to reset that password,they ignoring me
