COLDRINK MONEY FOR A CAR RENTAL?

My friend and I went to Europcar Secunda Outlet to rent a car on the 24th December 2018, unfortunately we didn't do any booking.

Upon our arrival we found an African lady and an African guy at the reception, we told them we wanted to rent a car for 2days. They first rep**** by saying they don't have any available cars because we didn't make any bookings. Secondly the lady agreed to help us if we paid her R200 she will make a car available for us. And the guy said that if he helps us he's going to charge us R700 to get a car.

Shattered and disappointed at the same time asking myself what kind of service is this, they told us that the money they requesting is for coldrink and it has got nothing to do with an amount for rental. We proceeded by giving them the money then she processed an application for us.

It was my first time using Europcar services and I was so disappointed. I would like to say on the Europcar Directors such people damage the reputation for their Business. It will really please me to see this matter resolved.
